Founded by Zoe, a Brisbane-based mum of two, living with a disability and proudly neurodivergent. Bloom Cycle exists because lived experience matters. Every piece is designed with intention. We're a social enterprise built on authenticity, accessibility, and the belief that disability and neurodiversity aren't limitations - they're superpowers. The Whole Bloom Cycle Team are people like Zoe who needed somewhere they could thrive outside of traditionally structured work places.

Hi, I’m Zoe. I’m a Brisbane-based mum of two, and I’m autistic and ADHD. I started Bloom Cycle because lived experience matters, and because I needed a way of working that actually fit me.

I really love sunflowers, especially how they move towards the sunshine. That idea shapes how I think about work, creativity, and care. Every piece I make is designed with intention, shaped by real life, real limits, and a lot of care.

Bloom Cycle exists because I didn’t thrive in rigid, traditional workplaces, and I knew I wasn’t alone. The people I work with are creatives like me, autistic, ADHD, disabled, or simply wired differently, who needed somewhere they could work sustainably, be trusted, and do meaningful work without having to pretend to be someone they’re not.
